WORLDWIDE SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

XSmoto.co.uk welcome orders from overseas customers subject to the following conditions:

1.1 All orders are manually processed by us and not through the online ordering system. Any overseas transactions through the system will be reverted back to the management of XSmoto.co.uk

1.2 All payments are strictly through Paypal only and are subject to their terms and conditions. If you need to review these please visit them at www.paypal.com/uk.

1.3 We do not accept personal cheques or bankers drafts from overseas clients.

1.4 XSmoto.co.uk’s international shipping company is Parcelforce Worldwide. All overseas shipping is subject to their terms and conditions. If you need to review these please visit them at www.parcelforce.com.

1.5 Before processing your order, XSmoto.co.uk will obtain a quotation for shipping from them. We will then e-mail you with costs.

1.6 All transactions will be invoiced in GBP due to exchange rates.

1.7 All orders will be processed quickly and efficiently, but we are unable to specify a delivery date. Once the order has left XSmoto.co.uk head office, it is then the responsibility of the customer to track the order via the booking reference that we will supply from Parcelforce.
